P. Safety Operations Foundation (PSOF) Formerly Precious Destiny for the Hopeless Foundation – Established 2008 is a community-based, self-help and locally run non-governmental organization operating in Ghana. Since 2008, the organization has been committed to humanitarian services, safety education, and community development. Originally founded as Precious Destiny for the Hopeless Foundation, the organization was restructured and rebranded in 2016 to focus strongly on safety operations, road safety advocacy, and social intervention programs.

Our Vision

To create a safe, responsible, and well-informed society where road crashes, injuries, and loss of property are drastically reduced through education, awareness, and empowerment. We envision a transportation environment in Ghana that is safe, sustainable, healthy, and accessible for all users.

Our Mission

To positively affect behaviors and attitudes, policies, investments and infrastructure to achieve our vision. To provide a safe haven for people who have suffered mishaps from accidents and vulnerable life conditions.

  • Build awareness and engage all road users on road safety measures and precautions.
  • Ensure road safety policies are adhered to at all levels.
  • Raise funds to support road safety campaigns and activities.
  • Support road accident victims.
  • Encourage people to take action and be each other’s keeper.
  • Provide counselling for widows, single mothers, prison inmates and youth.
  • Train and equip vulnerable groups for sustainable livelihoods.
  • Rehabilitate and enhance the lives of youth introduced to drug abuse.
