How It All Started – Part 1
I introduce myself as Precious Destiny Sonia Stella Coffie — an Apostle Missionary, philanthropist, formulator, beauty therapist, road safety advocate, and communicator specialized in youth and children’s safety and protection.
Before I became known for these roles, I was simply a happy young Ghanaian woman living an ordinary life filled with dreams, hope, and happiness. Like many young women, I enjoyed life and looked forward to building a beautiful future with my husband and family.
But one tragic day changed everything.
My happiness suddenly turned into trauma, depression, devastation, humiliation, accusations, insults from some in-laws, and even threats. My beloved husband met his untimely death while returning from Takoradi to Accra on official duty.
The fatal accident occurred at Apam Junction when two vehicles collided. Sadly, most of the passengers in both vehicles lost their lives instantly.
It was truly a Black Thursday.
A number of Customs Officers had been scheduled to report to the Kpetoe Customs Academy for a seminar. Some officers were already in Accra, while others were traveling from different stations outside Accra. Unfortunately, my husband never made it to his destination.
That single moment changed my life forever.
